Standard Boot Camp: Fitness Testing (1st Day and Last Day), 5-6-Weeks of Boot Camp.
Ultimate Boot Camp: Pre And Post Fitness Testing, Health Screening (HS), Nutrition Consultation (NC), Weekend Warrior (WW). Program Length: 5-6-Weeks Of Boot Camp ($125BC, $75NC, $50HS, WW$55, = $305)
Pre and Post Fitness Training: Includes a 1-min pushup test, 1-min sit up test and a 1/2 mile run/walk test
Health Screening: Includes blood pressure and body composition assessment at the beginning and end of a program session
Nutrition Consultation: Includes three meetings with our Dietitian. The first meeting is an initial session to establish baseline goals and current dietary patterns and the following two meetings will address your nutritional progress.
Additional Options:
Weekend Warrior: Add Weekend Warrior to your fitness arsenol for an additional $10 per class or sign up for the 6-week program for $50 week when you are also signed up for Boot Camp.
Healthy Meals by Ruthy’s Kitchen or Gloria: Prices depend on meal options and meal choices
Body Fat Analysis/Testing: A 3-site Skinfold Caliper method or Bioelectrical Impedance will be performed on a regular basis. The minimum times of measurement will be done at the beginning and end of each B&S session to quantitatively identify results examining the change in fat and fat free mass changes.
